Please kindly contact us if you wish to use our biomedical consulting, language translation or web design services. The price will depend on your needs, and once we receive a description from you we will contact you ASAP with an offer.

For digital images designed specially for you, we have a price of 50 EUR for a relatively small picture/painting, 100-150 EUR for a complex painting (the price highly depends on the complexity of the order). All our prices are exclusive VAT.

Concerning digital images located at our web shop, please kindly visit our web shop area for obtaining prices for particular products. Generally, the price varies from 30 to 100 EUR.

For old photo's restoration we charge in the range of 30 - 100 EUR depending on the state of the original image. Please make an inquiry and send us your material, and we will approximate the work load and will calculate the price accordingly.

If you wish to obtain only a printed version as a personalized postcard or a poster from our web shop, the price will be 10 EUR for a postcard (price exclusive printing and shipping), and 40 EUR for a poster (price exclusive printing and shipping).

For traditional paintings, you can also check our web shop (prices are usually in the range of 300-800 EUR). Apart of our ready traditional paintings, we can offer you developing a painting tailored to your particular needs - which will cost 500 EUR onwards. We will provide you with an offer as soon as we talk to you about your needs.

Please note that the price of postal shipping (when applicable and ordered by a client) is not included in the price. Similarly, the price of framing and printing on special materials (when desired by a client) is not included into the base price, please contact us with your specifications and we will come back to you with the exact price calculation for your chosen product.

When obtaining a Traditional Painting, you automatically own the exclusive rights to it concerning your rights to use this image for personal and commercial purposes without limitation. However, for any Traditional Painting obtained from Image Translation, either Image Translation itself or an original author (painter) will have unlimited copyright rights to the image which cannot be sold or otherwise passed to another party.

For digital images which you buy from us (as a special order or directly from our web shop) you automatically have the non-exclusive right to use these images in your web and other digital materials, as well as have the right to print it for your own personal use. The limitation to these rights is that this picture is owned by Image Translation, and we have an exclusive right to sell and reproduce this image for commercial purposes, which also means that other people may have same image as you and use it in their own materials.

If you wish to own an image exclusively (so other parties cannot use it in their materials, and nobody else has the right to commercially sell this image), the exclusive rights to the particular image can be bought from Image Translation for 200-500 EUR on top of its price (exact price being dependent on the content). This means that, starting the purchase date, you will possess exclusive rights of usage, reproducing and selling the image for personal and commercial purposes, and neither Image Translation nor anybody else will have no rights to reproduce or otherwise use this image. Such an arrangement is, though, applicable fully only to special orders (and cannot be applied to the images already published in our web shop). Purchase of special rights to the images already available in the web shop is limited, and in case of selling special rights to the Customer in such cases, Image Translation will take no responsibility for such images' usage by other Customers who have obtained the same images from our web shop on earlier dates on a non-exclusive basis. 

We can also provide you with developing marketing materials for your business (inclusive slogans and other texts), as well as make a set of special illustrations for various publications - but the price will depend on your individual needs and specifications of material. Please contact us and we will be happy to make an offer to you.  

Any local customs fees, if applicable, should be paid by the Customer, and Image Translation takes no responsibility for payment of such fees.

Our digital images may be supplied printed on different materials depending on the agreement with the client. We can deliver a printed poster, a laminated picture, or a digital painting printed on a canvas. We can also propose a matching frame to the chosen product, but please contact us with concrete specifications so we can prepare a cost approximation and offer for you.

When shipment of product is necessary or agreed with the client, we will use an ordinary postal service (as Swiss or Deutsche Post), DHL or UPS depending on the destination and desires of our clients. Please note that shipment costs are not included into our base price.

For special orders: we deliver first electronic version (for your approval) of digital images and of digital reproductions of traditional paintings in low resolution, within 10 working days for digital images and 23 working days for traditional painting starting the sale date. Please note that we start processing your order after we have received your payment (100% in advance for a digital image, and 50% for a traditional painting), i.e. when we have received the project fees on our bank account or successfully charged your credit card on the agreed amount, and the date of receipt of your payment is counted as the date of sale. Starting this point, the first (low-resolution) version of a product will be delivered to your email address (specified by you in the order) within 10 and 23 working days for a digital and traditional painting, respectively.

After you have approved a low-resolution version, we then deliver you the full-resolution digital image by email (for a digital product) or initiate the shipment of the original of the traditional painting within 3 working days. Please allow for approx. 1 week of delivery time (within Europe) for the postal delivery. We do not take no responsibility for delivery times provided by third parties (as Swiss Post, DHL or UPS). 

In case you have ordered a digital image in a printed form, the shipment of the ready product will be initiated withing 10 working days after your approval of a low-resolution version of the product.

When you obtain a digital Image from image Translation without additionally purchasing exclusive rights to it, you can print the Image or use it on your web page or other digital materials for your personal or business use, in the original state of the Image (i.e., exactly as has been delivered to you by Image Translation). You can use the Image in your marketing and other materials, digitally or in a printed form, though without any changes in the original Image/Design as provided to you by Image Translation.

By business use though we do not mean reselling (which is prohibited) but solely using this image in marketing materials, business cards, web pages or other digital materials without the right to resell (i.e., the Image may not be used for direct commercial profit).

If you do not possess exclusive rights to an Image, a reference to Image Translation copyright rights should be mentioned whenever the Image is used by you, and you are not allowed to erase Image Translation's copyright, trademark, watermark or other signs present in the original Image, when the Image is printed or otherwise exposed publicly by you.

You are not allowed to resell this Image (to use it commercially), and you do not have copyright rights for this image. You should also be aware of the fact that any image to which you do not have exclusive rights can be resold by Image Translation to other individuals or companies without limitation, and other parties may use the same symbol or Image for their own personal or business purposes (so somebody else may also use same Image for his/her purposes).

If you wish to develop unique symbols, signs, images and other visual materials with us, with the intent of using them exclusively - you will need to obtain the exclusive rights to these Images from us. Though you should understand that certain parts of the Images/Designs developed specially for you may contain some elements in common with other Images/Designs developed by Image Translation for other Customers (as color combinations and other Design elements). However, the Image/Design taken as a whole will be unique and developed specially for you in case of a special order, and we will guarantee that no analogous or closely matching Image has been developed before, or will be developed in the future by us to any other Customer.

Yes, you will get a discount if you order development of two or more  products from us simultaneously, or if you are a returning customer. You will get 20% discount off each product when several items are ordered simultaneously (this refers to development of special products and not to ready-to-use image from the web shop), and 15% discount as a returning customer. Please note that the above-mentioned discount system refers to digital images and traditional paintings, but not to consulting services. When ordering several identical translations to different languages, you will also get 20% off each additional language.

When making an agreement with us (for ordering a new image/painting), you have to pay 100% of its price in advance if it is a digital image, and 50% of its price when you order a traditional painting.

When your order is ready, you will receive (electronically) a low-resolution image for you to judge the result and see if you are satisfied with it.

In case you are not satisfied with a digital image or have suggestions for its improvement, we will offer you a second alternative for a digital image (provided also in low resolution) within the following 7 business days, after which we will reimburse you 50% of the price in case you are still not satisfied with the result. 50% of the price is kept by us in any case to account for work of our artists and engineers. 

In case you are satisfied with a low-resolution digital image, you will be provided, within 72 hours, a high-resolution image to your email address. Alternatively, we can send the CD with your digital order (within 72 hours after your approval of its low-resolution counterpart). Please allow several days (depending on the postal service used) for the order to reach you by post. Please also note that in case of postal shipping, we will additionally bill you the price of shipment.

For a traditional painting, after your approval of a low-resolution digital image and receipt of the remaining fees (50% of the product price plus shipment expenses), we will deliver the painting to you by express mail (DHL or UPS). Please allow at least a week's time (for European orders) for the package to reach your address. If you are located outside of EU, delivery times may be longer. We will take no responsibility for time delays due to actions of the third parties, being it a postal courier or local customs at the destination point.

In case you are not satisfied with a low-resolution image for an order of a traditional painting, we will keep 50% of the fee (the amount you have paid in the beginning of our agreement) to account for work of our artists and costs of materials. We will not send you the painting if you are not satisfied with the low-resolution image. But we will keep 50% of the fee in any case, to account for work of our professionals.

You cannot neither return the product nor exchange it after a high-resolution image or a traditional painting has been sent by Image Translation to your email or home/business address. After accepting a low-resolution image of a digital image or of a copy of a traditional painting we will not accept any returns.  

After we get a confirmation from you (via e-mail) concerning your satisfaction from a low-resolution image, we will bill you the rest 50% of the fee (this particularly concerns traditional paintings delivery) and also costs of shipment. The product will be delivered to you by designated postal services only after we have received this remaining amount on our bank account or successfully charged your credit card.

Our customer service works mostly electronically (regarding orders of digital images through our web shop, general inquiries about prices, and initial requests for special orders as specialized images, web page design and traditional paintings, as well as consulting and translation offer requests).  After we receive a short electronic request from you, then our customer service may come back to you also by phone or Skype (in case you prefer this option) to discuss your order in detail.

Please understand that our business concentrates on electronic services, and phone customer service serves as an addition but not a focus of our business model. This does not disturb quality and promptness of our responses, and we usually come back to you within 3 working days either by email or phone/Skype, depending on your preference indicated in your electronic inquiry.

We accept all major credit cards, and may charge your card directly from our web shop, or off-line according to our mutual agreement.

It is also possible to pay via bank transfer, and if you prefer this option we will send you an electronic invoice designating the amount, the service/product and our bank account. Please note that transfers may take longer than expected, and allow up to a week time for your payment to reach our bank in Switzerland. Please also understand that we will start developing your product only after we have received the payment from you; likewise for electronic delivery of the ready images from our web shop which will be sent to you via email or with a postal courier only after receipt of your payment.

Yes, you can cancel the order during the 10 business days after the date of order. Please note that project cancellation is no longer possible after payment of project fees which are due initiation of the project.
